Smart International Consulting had received a mandate from an European manufacturer leader in professional products for sound and lighting to select an Asian manufacturer who have the experiences in the manufacturing of sound and lighting products based on the design and specification of the engineering team based in Europe.
 
The annual outsource contract is around 20 million USD.
 
Your expression of interest should emphasize the following points:
  • Your past experiences in the management of similar outsource manufacturing
  • Your internal process to have zero default and top quality products that meet the expectation of the European customers 
  • Your product portfolio
  • Your annual turnover 
  • The founders and top managers bio-data 
 
Selection procedure
 
Phase 1: Shortlist 
 
Right now, we prioritize manufacturers from the following countries:
  • Singapore
  • Malaysia
  • Thailand 
  • India 
  • The Philippines
  • Vietnam 
However, if you are manufacturers from other Asian countries that are not in the above list but you have excellent background and can manufacture professional products for sound and lighting at a very good quality and cost effective, we are interested to hear from you.
 
At the end of the submission dateline, Smart International Consulting will submit a report to our European client. In this report, we will shortlisted 5 manufacturers that we recommend to our client to visit. 
 
Phase 2: Visit of your production lines 
Our European client will visit the production lines of 5 manufacturers in the shortlist.
 
Phase 3: Negotiation of the Outsource manufacturing contract 
After the phase 2, Our European client will enter into the negotiation contract with 2 manufacturers from the 5 in the phase 2.
